Good idea to drink the water! I sometimes struggle with that but been keeping bottles with me so I can drink whenever I feel the urge to eat

    May surgeries!

I think that it could be that we are so happy and excited about our progress that we feel that euphoria from the weight loss...we have to do this....we will succeed!!

    Discharge?

Thank you so much for posting this!! I've been going crazy and feeling so gross and unclean! I had my surgery 5 months ago and the discharge still has not stopped. No UTI's or infections, no itching. Strong odor at times so I've just been using anti-bacterial cleaners. I hope this clears up soon, because I hate it, but I'm happy that I'm not the only one this has happened to! Thank you ladies for making me feel better!

    Losing SO slow

This is so me as well! Thank you for posting I've been feeling like a failure but when you look at the big picture, we've come along way and will continue to get to our goal. Don't let people try and get you down when they keep asking how much you've lost, slow and steady wins the race!

    Very filling yogurt

I haven't tried wheat germ but the flax seed is great in Oikos or Chobani...love those but is the sugar content too high? I don't have any issues with dumping but wasn't sure if maybe it's too much sugar??

    (Former) Cereal junkies unite!

Cheerios sound great, I will have to try them soon. I agree about it being a much better habit than the coco crispies overflowing!

    Food stuck

It happens when you don't chew enough and not paying attention, occupied with something else, like watching TV. I've had that problem numerous times before, eat something like scrambled eggs just fine before, and you think ok I've been ok with this and you get forgetful and don't chew enough and boom, stuck and vomit...just have to continue to be aware of eating, chewing, concentrate on the eating only...new habits are forming so it's important we are aware...I'm finally learning this and I'm 11 weeks out...takes time...

    Eee! First restaurant outing!

Sashimi is great to try or grilled salmon with no teriyaki sauce because of the sugar content. Also watch out for the soy sauce because of sodium content. Just remember to eat slowly especially of you try sashimi you don't know how you will react. Also they should have soy paper rolls no rice if you want to try a roll, those are a little more pricey but pretty good. Enjoy!
