. I had surgery at Summa in Akron and I love my surgeon!I love the program and the dietitians and staff! Everyone is so nice there... Unfortunately I had a few unpleasant experiences. But I can honestly say the program as a whole sets you up for success! Who was your surgeon? My surgeon was Dr Z.

I started salad at 6 weeks. I am at 8 weeks and eat it all the time. I started with baby spinach and spring mix salads...they are a little softer.

My surgery was 8/7/13. With the 2 week pre-op diet I have lost 43 lbs. I am not sure if that is good or if I am loosing slow.

I had surgery on the 7 th too. I did not have to have my stitches removed and my incisions are all pretty much healed. Sorry you are having problems

I am doing good...yes I have been on optifast for 2 weeks . Tomorrow it is clear liquids. I am not nervous ...yet!
