Weight loss

Any August buddies that had surgery already lost any weight? How much? I know I should compare myself. I just want to know if I am on track. My surgery was the 6th and I lost 8.

I had surgery on the 8th. I lost 7 lbs since surgery & almost 20 lbs since I started this journey in early July of this year. I have a feeling the weight loss might slow down a little when I'm able to eat more, but I could be wrong. :-)

I have been doing my measurements too. I hear some people say that when they stall seeing the measurement change helps.

You do slow down for a week or so when you add in new food, but once your body adjusts you will start losing again.

I lost the most inches when I stalled. I did not mind my stalls at all, because it meant I need to go shopping!
