Any december surgies out there???

I'm in Tennessee. Going to start the diet then also. Because I'm diabetic I'll have either shake or bar for breakfast and lunch and I can have either small fruit ir yogurt for morning and afternoon snacks then light supper. What will your diet be like?

I'm not sure of my diet yet. Probably same as yours. I also have diabetes. I go to find out details this wednesday. Best of luck to you.

I meet with the surgeon Thursday morning. He will then give me a 2 week diet of shakes and 1 meal prior to surgery. So of course I'm craving everything under the sun! Does anyone plan on having a "last supper" before the pre op diet? Im trying to resist.....

My pre op diet starts Dec 4th... my last will be thanksgiving! Lol

Sounds like we are on the same schedule. What hospital are you going through?

Hello All! I was scheduled for November 8th, but got moved to December 20th. So I guess I'm with you guys. Was delayed because surgeon said I had to quit smoking. Day 9 smoke free (well two smoked) but am on the correct track now)! Any body near my date?

I take both. Mostly just meds but same days insulin.
