Anyone from Pittsburgh or having your surgery at McGee or has had it

Had surgery dec 9th Went for the test on dec 10th. Passed one test not the other. So I threw up everything I tried. Bad time. So had surgery on dec 10th again. This time for an obstruction. Spent 12 days in hospital. Developed 2 infected incisions. They had to be opened and drained n packed. Sent home with a home health nurse to pack incisions once a day. After my incision expelled mucus type stuff the incision is now healing. I'm on puréed stage now. Hard to get all that food in and the liquid. But I'm trying. Got sick from cod fish. Was toooo heavy. I've not dumped just loads of pain. Dry heaved twice but that's it. Need food ideas lol 23 lbs gone ~~

My nut told me... Any baby food was ok. Didn't have to watch carbs sugar or calories at first because I'll need those in irder to get enough calories in until reg foods

Sleep study wS horrible. I couldn't sleep. It was cold. I had goop all over my head things up my nose

Waiting approval submitted to ins today

My date is Dec 9th. All my testing is complete with no problems. Just the results from sleep study is taking forever!

If ins approves me..... Surgery is...... Dec 9th!!! I'm so excited!!!! My new life begins
