It's really happening

So I go in for surgery on Tuesday. I'm excited and a little nervous at the same time. I hope that I have shrinked my liver enough. Tomorrow I have a big day ahead of me. I have church in the morning and then I will cook a few more freezer meals. I have some laundry to do. Do my daughters hair either tomorrow or Monday night. Then just get some rest and prepare for the rest of my life.

I think you should take time to get a massage, a manicure, etc. Good thoughts your way!

We will be thinking of you. Best wishes. I agree with ajustice, get a massage or something!! I was thinking about doing that when it's my time for surgery.

A wives/mothers work is never done! I was just like you so excited and nervous. I prayed a lot, but then the day came, I thought I would be crazy nervous, but I wasn't, a sweet peace came over me. They asked if I needed something to relax while I was waiting for surgery, I said no and truthfully I didn't. I knew I had made the right decision for me. I"m 9 months out and 89lbs down and I feel great. God bless you.

Keep us updated. You'll be in my prayers, its going to be great. I can't wait for my turn..:-)
