Describe for me what your stricture feels like please.

Is there anything that can be done to prevent stricture or is it just luck of the draw?

It's the way your body heals. They just happen to the unlucky. Lol a stricture doesn't really have a feeling. It just happens when you take something in. That's when the symptoms start.

So there is no pain with a stricture?

Well there is. When food gets stuck it takes from uncomfortable to down right painful. Makes you barf repeatedly. Often feels like chest pains.

I had mine around 8 weeks, but probably started earlier since I was only doing liquids before. Two bites, pain, then had vomit - lot of foam. Even liquids got hard to take without vomiting. Felt bad very tired no energy. Thank God much better after dilated. Now no problem.
