I would call your surgeon. Better safe than sorry.

Omg I didn't even think to get that thank youuu !!! I am going to go buy some !!

They are a life savor. Also, try sleeping in a lazy boy if you have one. I also LOVED my heating pad. It was a life savor the first month.

I need to also try that !! I am going through crying episodes because I am in so much pain ... It's solo unbelievable uncomfortable I can't take it

Feel better soon & tryout everything the ladies here suggested. If nada helps then do call the surgeon maybe he can give you some pain meds.

Thank you I am going to try everything and hope something works its just so unbearable

I totally feel for u!!!! I'm four weeks out and still don't feel great! I do feel better then what I did but not good enough!!!!! Hang in there u did this to better urself!!!!! Ps. I'm still having the crying episodes!!!!

It will get better. I am 6 weeks out. The crying has finally stopped. My dr. Told me the surgery makes us very emotional. The pain is gone. My stomach is almost back to its natural color. It was so bruised it was almost dark black. I still can't lay flat for a long period of time. And I will talk to him tomorrow about that. And hang in there. Right now it may not feel like it. But It will be worth it. Just like having a baby. After you see the results you forget about the pain.

Walking really helped get the gas out for me

My heating pad was the love of my life for 6 weeks....even took it to work. I swear by it!

Yeah i get uncomfortable if I lay on my stomach for too long it's irritating! I don't want to rush things but I can't wait for the happy ending :( so emotional !

I hope you feel better soon! I had to sleep on the sofa for the first month post op... I had a heating pad and all! It hurt so bad to lay on the bed, even laying on my back hurt but the sofa was just right! I would highly suggest that if none of the things we all suggested work call your dr and get some pain meds! There is no sense of just dealing with the pain when you are trying to heal!
