Don't know what to do my protein shakes are making me sick? Tried 3 different ones. Don't want to keep wasting money. Any ideas?

I'm finding I'm having the same issue. The ready to drink eas advantage carb control are the only ones that I've found that don't make me incredibly full or nauseous. I've tried the gnc unflavored, cookies and cream, and vanilla. Yuk. I may save the unflavored to cook with but I'm returning the rest. I can choke down the chocolate body fortress from Walmart but it leaves me really full and I can't drink my water.

Wellllll... I finally tried food for the first time!! Here is my lovely egg with a piece of cheese on top. Holy. Yum! I'm still currently eating (chewing away) and trying to listen to my body while I do so. It definitely is a new way of eating. Hoping this continues to go well!

Everything I have tried to eat today has come back up. And naturally it's my first night back at work. Ugh.

I went to visit my nutritionist today for the first time after surgery, I am now on Stage 2, full liquid diet, I can now have yogurt, protein shakes, cream soups, and stuff like that, so I went out and purchased baby foods, along with the cream soups, I don't want to shock my pouch/New stomach, and plus Im scared of getting sick. I will be on this for the next two weeks. Baby food wasn't that bad.

Glad you can do the baby good. I don't think I could handle that.

I have no idea what I ate today that didn't agree with me but I'm in agony. I have this stuck feeling that won't go away. I've vomited. Tried papaya enzyme. Sipped water. Now trying a heating pad. This is awful.

So excited!!! I am now in the 230's!!!! I haven't been this weight in over 8 years!! Woohoo!!

OMG!!! SNEEZING HURTS!!!!

I think I'm not realizing when I'm full and I'm going too far. I measured all the food I'm taking to work today. And I puréed chili in the food processor. Maybe something thinner will go down better.
