That's all you can do. I know it's frustrating but if you're eating right and exercising, it WILL come. There's 3500 calories in a pound. The average 5'6 woman needs about 1800-2200 calories a day

All normal... keep focused and #1 priority should be to get your water and protein in on a daily basis. Surgery is only a tool to lose weight to be successful you also have to do your part by exercis

My RNY was May 9 and I lost 23 lbs pretty fast. I'll admit I haven't started working out since this week and I haven't been great with my water intake until this week but I'm telling you: the scale will not MOVE!!!! I know about stalls but this soon after surgery? I'm 4 weeks out...isn't that soon????
