Weight loss has STOPPED

My RNY was May 9 and I lost 23 lbs pretty fast. I'll admit I haven't started working out since this week and I haven't been great with my water intake until this week but I'm telling you: the scale will not MOVE!!!! I know about stalls but this soon after surgery? I'm 4 weeks out...isn't that soon????

It appears the majority of us hit a wall about 3 weeks out....take a deep breath and relax, do what your doctor says, give your body a chance to freak out and recover and it WILL happen....20+ pounds

That's all you can do. I know it's frustrating but if you're eating right and exercising, it WILL come. There's 3500 calories in a pound. The average 5'6 woman needs about 1800-2200 calories a day

  • All normal... keep focused and #1 priority should be to get your water and protein in on a daily basis. Surgery is only a tool to lose weight to be successful you also have to do your part by exercis

I am in the same spot I have been 198-199 for two weeks, I hit onederland and stopped losing :( I get between 700-900 cal a day and 90-110 g protein. Sometimes my water intake can be not as much as it should be but, the sudden stoppage has me worried. I work out on my days off (4 days a week and usually burn about 300-400 cal). I can't wait to start losing again. I also am a nurse and I am on my feet for 12 hours when I am working....

I havent lost any for two weeks it sucks
