At the er.... Getting some fluids I passed out think I am dehydrated.. Found out last week I have cdif and it's hard to stay hydrated with the diahrea from the cdif!! Now they want to do a cat scan because when the dr pressed around on my abdomen It hurt... It didn't hurt until she started pressing around!!! Ughhhh

Did they tell u how you got it??? I had cdiff years ago...I was given a strong antibiotic "in case" I had an infection..turned out I didn't. .so the antibiotic killed the good bacteria in my intestines and the bad bacteria spread. ..I was in hospital and in isolation for four days getting sick agaim of cdiff was my concern when I had rny 4 months ago...its really a nasty infection. ..hope u feel better!

They didn't tell me how I got it. I just assumed it had something to do with the surgery ... I don't know how else I would have gotten it. Hoping I don't need another hospital stay

Thanks girls... Feeling better today got two bags of fluids and a dose of IV antibiotic and came home early this morning I feel so worn out and tired!!!

Tried to schedule it then the only time they had was at 11am so I'm not going I will try another day and try to keep my fluids going and rest much as possible durin the day tomorrow. I can always go back to we for fluids but that takes all friggin night!!!!! Ugghhh lol
