Hi everyone I've been out of the loop for awhile just wanted to check in ... Had surgery April 29th down 80 lbs... Feeling great but had a really bad case of CDIFF that has been HELL to get rid of... Back on antibiotics again.., my husband went for his surgery two weeks after me and he's down 90 lbs getting 170 lbs put of the way is like getting rid of a third person between us it's been pretty amazing!! So I am 12 days post op and my husband is going this Tuesday soon will be 14 days post op anyone here do this with there spouse or significant other? How did it go? I'm hoping it will be good us doing it " together"

It's been so frustrating some days to see how much more he has lost than me but at the same time I'm so happy for him! We have been doing great together and definetly keep each other on track and maybe tmi but when you get 100 lbs (between the two of us) out of the way.... Sex is GREAT!!!!!!!! My name is Heather I live in Salem, NH. I just turned 40 a week ago. I have five kids my oldest is 20 boy my girl 18 boy 9 and 4yr old twin boys. Had my surgery on April 23 and my husband had surgery two weeks later.. It has been great going thru this together but he's lost so much more than me it's crazy!!! I did have a band 8 years ago lost over 100 lbs with my band then when I had my surprise pregnancy with twins I gained everything back became really sick with conjestive heart failure after the boys were born... Then couldn't get the weight back off with my band felt like a failure then finally had to much pain from my band and had my band removed back in October!! Then went thru the whole process for RNY again. So far I'm down 36 lbs since surgery and 52 all together. HW 343 SW 322 4/23/13 goal 170

It's so great we are eating the same foods know what each other is going theu can understand what it's like . Even tho there is that little jealousy on my part that he is loosing so much faster than me.... Are you at least getting your fluids?? I talked to my dr about it and she said if you start to get dhydrated you will feel sick and not want to eat !! Naseous Snd do on I've noticed the last few days if I really kept up with my wated my appetite was much better HW 343 SW 322 4/23/13 goal 170

At the er.... Getting some fluids I passed out think I am dehydrated.. Found out last week I have cdif and it's hard to stay hydrated with the diahrea from the cdif!! Now they want to do a cat scan because when the dr pressed around on my abdomen It hurt... It didn't hurt until she started pressing around!!! Ughhhh HW 343 SW 322 4/23/13 goal 170
