  1. No I haven't tried it but def will now... It's hard eating when your never hungry either... Good thing my surgery I was like 245 now I'm 211... But I don't want to end up in hospital because not eating enough you know
  2. Only thing I'm doing to get protein is protein water by Special K you mix it with water only 5 but I drink a lot so it helps and the pink lemonade is awesome
  3. I had surgery may 20... I just can't seem to eat enough I can't even eat my protein amount. I'm never hungry when I do eat it not very much fruit and stuff like that make me sick pasta no good which is probably a good thing. But I can't seem to stomach a lot protein shakes I can't stomach them tried protein bars are way to sweet as well... I tried beef jersey and peanuts cause protein I just don't know what to do its stressing me out like after 3 bites if anything I'm done please help

I'm with you had my surgery a week ago today my mom did too but she can eat one bite of jello or pudding or yogurt is fine I take my time eating but can still eat whole container being around people with meat is killing me I want some poultry I'm doing what I can and trying to stay busy and walking and just keep thinking to myself all be worth it in the end

  8. Has anyone done physical activity after 3 weeks of surgery? Cause my surgery was 20 of may but my work really needs me on 10 of June for preschool swim instructor not a lot of physical activity just helping them get out of pool occasionally?? So does anyone know or have?

  12. I had my surgery was released yesterday still haven't passed gas and am hurting so bad any suggestions?? I've tried heating pad walking and gas x strips?
  13. I had my surgery may 20, 2013 same day as my mom. My surgery was first they released us yesterday but I haven't passed any gas, my mom passed been passing gas since yesterday. I keep having these gas pains I have tried heating pad and gas x strips I'm in a lot of pain. Between pain from surgery I'm cramping from my menstural(sp) cycle and gas pains. I'm miserable, I'm walking as much as I can I'm sleeping when I'm not walking or spending time with my son how can I make this gas pain just pass please help!!
  14. Had my surgery at 730 this morning I have 7 incisions... About to go on my first walk , hope everyone doing good
  15. Good luck to everyone who having surgery this week. Me and my moms is tomorrow so glad almost over. I'm excited and nervous only cause I've never had surgery before but it will be fine.:-) well we have to leave at 515 in morning have to be there by 545 surgery at 730 moms is at 9 so keep us in your prayers and will put update when I remember goodnight everyone!
