After a bit of a hassle with the surgeon's office (communication issues), I finally got scheduled for my surgery this morning. I am so happy, I am beyond happy. It's pretty much a full year for me since I've begun this process, so it's about time! :-) Can't wait to be a loser!!!

I'm so happy for you. I have my last weigh in next week and if I've lost enough they will submit me for approval. It's really hard to wait but nothing good comes easily. Congratulations on getting your date! I'm sure you'll do great as a loser.

I m right on the other side. I waited about 14 months and just had my surgery on Wednesday. Once I had my paperwork it all came together really fast! Please follow your doctor's orders about stopping caffeine two weeks before. I pretty much just cut down, and I am really paying for it with really awful headaches.

Congratulations, keep us posted. My coordinator told me my surgery date will be one day in June, he's soooo positive my insurance we agree to pay, boy I hope he's right.
