Good luck to you, I am 5 days Post Op, All went well after 4 hours of Surgery, I had a Hiatal Hernia, and Lots of Scar Tissue from previous surgery, my worst day was day 1, that night the cramping was really bad, all I can say to you is Walk, Walk, Walk, that helps. I also had to quit the pain Meds as they were making me too tired to walk, day two was the last day of pain Meds. Walking is great now as long as I don't over do it.

I do hope all goes great for you, and your recovery is smooth and quick. God Bless.

Hey cathy! Goid to know you are doing good! Question how is your eating? As far as tolerating food with your pouch?

I am on full liquids starting today and I have had runny Cream Of Wheat, and about 6 oz of Protein shake over the last 2 hours, all stayed down fine but I have diarrhea since day 3 after surgery. I'm gonna try Split Pea Soup for dinner. Right now I'm way too full from the shake.

I had a lapband to bypass conversion. I'm in my third post op day and second day on juice party liquids. I've been walking and Tylenol liquid takes care of the pain. The worst is the diarrhea. Everything runs thru me. Had a couple of messy accidents. I heard that when its time for shakes, that constipation starts. Is that true?
