Rode my bike 6 mikes today! Last week I started riding a little bit around my development. I hadn't ridden in 33 years! It was so much fun to ride along the ocean and feel like I was flying!!!

Miles!!! 6 miles!!!

I can leg press 90 lbs without dying. Can't be happier!

I fit into the backseat of my husband's Mini convertible!

Yesterday I spent the morning cleaning my basement, then cut grass w/a push mower for three hours, then weeded my veggie garden, then walked my dogs, then made dinner on the grill. An ENTIRE day of nonstop activity without being winded, tired, or in pain! Life is good! :-)

I walked up and down multiple steps all weekend without getting winded or tired.

Someone told me I looked skinny. Woo!

Fit in airplane seat and no extension. Excess seat belt left over. LOOK!

That so awesome!!! I'm waiting for that day!!

This has to be my favorite thread to read! Brings happy tears to my eyes. I'm six days post op, and I can't wait to post my own "NSV" :-)

Just checked out a BMI scale - I've gone down from "Super Obese" to "Morbidly Obese" and now I'm just "Obese" - can't wait to be "Overweight" and then "Normal"!

I can now walk down an commercial airplane aisle without turning sideways.....

I can now walk down an commercial airplane aisle without turning sideways.....

I'm flying for the first time in September - can't wait to see if I can walk down the aisle that way too - and if I can do without the dreaded extension!

My brother and his wife recently got me a very generous gift card to a clothing store since they know I have to buy all new clothes. I went on a bit of a spree and unlike before surgery I loved every minute of it, especially in the fitting room. Before I would be in tears because nothing fit and this time I was in tears of joy at the size I was.

I have gone from a 3x/28 to a M/8!!!! I can't believe it!! I had to document the experience with a picture!

You look great! I don't think your weight stats listed to the left of your post are up-to-date so I have some questions. How much weight did you lose and how much do you weigh now? You're from North Carolina. What city or town? I'm from outside of Charlotte.

My weight has been stabile for two month at 130. But I have dropped from an 8 petite to a 6 petite and even bought a 2/4 petite in a dress. So while weight wise I haven't dropped, size wise I have that is an NV righr? :)

My first NSV!!! I am 1 and a half months post op from RNY. I'm 4 weeks into a C25k (zombies run app). Just ran an entire mile nonstop! Woo! Granted I ran a 15min mile but hey it's a start! it feels great! keep up the great work everyone!
