    Awesome just awesome. You both are very encouraging for the rest of us. I have lost 60 pounds total pre and post surgery and I am still shocked when I get on the scale and another pound is gone.

  • No because I just hit 159 and I'm losing about a pound every 3 weeks if that so not worried that I'm getting too small lol!

I was a year feb 21st my drs goal weight for me was 175. I was set at 165 and now weigh 159
