April Dates

Is it too early to start an April thread? I didn't see one yet.

I'm scheduled for April 22. I still have to finish PCP clearance and psych then insurance approval but don't anticipate any problems. Once I started my appointments the excitement and anxiety kicked in. I started 6 month supervised diet in August....this used to seem so far away and like a vague idea but its so real now. My anxiety is double as my husband's date is march 18 and I worry a lot more about him than myself. How are all the other April folks doing?

So post op day 12 I'm down 11 from surgery and 25 total from the start of my two week pre op diet. I'm very happy because I'm a slow loser since all my plumbing came out. :)

I didn't use a special soap but after my shower the night before had to rub with an antibacterial wipe and again the next morning before i left for the hospital it's to help prevent infections

The hospital gave me a special soap today to use tonight and tomorrow morning prior to surgery

I had to wash with a special soap the night before and morning of and then when I was being "prepped" for surgery they gave me antibacterial wipes (they had warmed them up) and I had to "wash" all over with them.
