      I am almost 5 months and my nut said if you put protein first every time you eat, calories will not be an issue. I still track them though..

    That is great to hear I am NOT currently on a protein regimen due to the fact that I'm on phrase 2 which is mushy food I am NOT allowed to eat any form of proteins form of eggs & mest so I'm getting my protein from yogurt and pudding
