My BOOBIES! They are always the first to go no matter how much weight I drop! ;) I noticed right away week one. I am 6 weeks today and my hubs told me today my decreased cup is very noticeable from Pre-surgery.

Great post! I'm only a week out, but can't wait to notice some changes.....the only positive so far is no appetite.

I noticed a change in my legs first. All my skirts seemed to be flowy and then I realized that I must have lost weight in my thighs. I first noticed that about a week and a half out of surgery.
