I for sure have had weight loss plateau but a mental plateau I'm not sure what that would be??? maybe I had one and did not know it ??

I just get mental. I go from 0 to 60 in a few seconds time. I go through all the emotions all the time. Maybe once I am at goal.i will be more stable

What i call a mental plateau is when I get into a funk feeling like all this hard work is showing nothing in return. It's also annoying when someone says to me "if I ate and worked out as much as you, I'd be a railing". So, then i struggle with staying motivated.
