Just curious. I am 3 weeks out...I've tried chicken, soft lean beef in chili, eggs, refried beans, soups, potatos. I stick to the idea of no higher than 6-7 grams of sugar and no more than 10 grams of fat, if that. If I WAS going to have the dumping syndrome...would I know it by now?? I tolerate everything I've tried perfectly.
