Hi,

It all started june 2012, my first appointment. I started my 6 months supervised diet. I did all that was required and my paperwork was submitted to the unsurance company. Within 2 days it was denied. My doctor did a peer to peer and it took another week...but approved. My surgery is scheduled for the 21st.
