    That is awesome they did my 3 mos blood work i have a A1C of 5.5 which is were it should be and no meds no more high blood pressure very excited 25 lbs till i reach goal hoping to be there by May 2013 ....keep up the great work and where are your updated pics lol also Have Merry Christmas
