Been stalled for 3 weeks...grandmother passed this week and looked for comfort in food (as usual)...after dumping ...I took these to remind myself of where I started

So sorry about the Loss of your Grandmother. You are going through a bunch right now, with surgery and grief and trying to navigate the new things you are learning about life after WLS, Praying for comfort and strength. Gentle Hugs to you.

I'm so sorry for your lost. Think positive this is only the beginning. I had a few deaths in the family during the last 10 years or so. Great grand parents then step father my mother in her her ex husband. A few friends.

I lost my grandmother last week. I'm so sorry for your loss. Every time you think food is the answer to your grief, get up and take a lap around your house, take a sip of Water and think of a happy memory of your grandmother. I stopped eating when mine died so I did the lap every 15 minutes and took a bite of something. Eating does not soothe your grief. You know that sweetie.
