Just curious if there is any helpful cup that you all use to drink your water liquids? Straw no straw?

The hospital gave me diet cranberry juice which is sf and only 5 Cal. I mixed that with water and it helped. I also like to add slices of cucumber and a few frepsh cranberries to ice water and its refreshing without tasting fake like crystal light. Another good drink is minute maid light lemonade.
