I would love to be on the Facebook group!!! Stardustjdb@hotmail.com. Jessica baker Thompson on fb. I've tried a couple times but can't find it and haven't been added. I am losing my hair like crazy. The past month has been awful. 11/27/12 down 60lbs 26" since I measured 4wks ago. I am at a stall or losing/gaining 3lbs. Frustrating. Hope I'm not done losing. Would love to be 160 but dr said dig deep and had me set goal at 140. 187lb today. I hate protein drinks. Getting all my vitamins and really try to get all my fluids. It's a battle w food daily but I love the new me and am not going back. Everyone is doing well. Love reading your posts!

Added you!!

Don't see your request. I have a red wall behind me.

Hi All! Hope all is well. I think my hair is falling out too. sigh... I thought I was going to avoid it but no such luck. I am down 57 from surgery and have been gaining and losing three pounds. Stuck at 205. Onederland is teasing me. I am a bit frustrated. Last week was not good. Back on the treadmill this morning and I am keeping up the fight.

BTW, The November FB group is awesome. Thanks Crystal

I was having a rough week last week and I decided this week was going to be different! I hadn't measured at my next 4wk mark (I was doing 4wk increments) so Tuesday I measured-> down 6inches in the last 5 wks. Total loss 32" and as of today I weighed 184.8lbs from hw 247lb. I needed that!!! I am walking/getting moving and working on a tan and toning! Feeling amazing! Keep your head up! I was struggling for 3 wks w same couple lbs! Surgery date 11/27/12

Why do i still crave carbonation and i havnt had any since nov?? Sooo annoying!!!

xo Hilary

Why do I still crave sugar knowing its going to make me sick!!??

It's our minds!!

Anyone else have a pouch that is picky about the time you eat? The last couple of days have been hectic and I've been eating supper later then I like to... then about dying after... its not that I'm eating anything I shouldn't or haven't tried yet so the only thing I've been able to narrow it down to is that its a couple hours later then I would normally eat... thank God for papaya enzyme... they do help!

Yes mines is picky. Certain food goes down easy today and not tomorrow . Oh well I guess.

Whats the average weight loss for November peeps.. .that 4 months out now...

My surgery was 11/28 down 71 pounds so far and tons of inches

Omg! That was my date 11/13/12! Im only down 46lbs.... what do you eat? Do you workout?

Also see who is heavier when comparing urself bc the heavier u are seems the quicker u loose.

Thank you Jesus... finally broke down and bought new bras for the first time tonight... down 70+ lbs and my girls were starting a revolt... ;-)

Same here

Hey guys. Don't forget we have the private Facebook group that crystal set up. It's cool

How can I get added

OMG!!!!! Why do people you don't even know feel the need to give their opinion when they find out that you have had rny! !!???? Wtf??? I work at a hospital and one of the doctors asked me how I was losing weight' date=' so I was honest and said I had gastric bypass......so he goes off on this rant (in front of the whole nurses station) about how I should have just exercised and done it that way. ....and then he has the nerve to say that I will start to look really old because of all the sagging skin!!!! What an ASSHOLE!!! I was just sitting there thinking " are you done yet?". Thankfully my Co workers are very supportive and defended me. What a moron!

Tell her to screw herself, she would've gotten told off if it was me. Shut her down.
