I finally started the gym last week after gaining a pound at my monthly check in and im down 8 already toward my 15 for surgery. Im also offically 108 days smoke free and feeling really good surgery will be after holidays everyhing is done but nitruitionclass which is set for dec. My psy eval was a cake breeze lol
