  • I've been using it for a few weeks now. I really like the chocolate peanut butter flavor. However, it is 52 grams for 2 scoops...there are 24 scoops in the 2 lb container. We can't absorb 52 grams all

  • I add one scoop to a cup of skim milk and I get 38 grams of Protein Sent from my Galaxy S III using RNYTalk

I like it for the price. I wasn't excited about the strawberry, but vanilla is ok.

What is the total weight of the container (# of servings) That is a great price !!

I've been using it for a few weeks now. I really like the chocolate peanut butter flavor. However, it is 52 grams for 2 scoops...there are 24 scoops in the 2 lb container. We can't absorb 52 grams all at once (we absorb about 30 at a time) so one scoop with 26 grams is sufficient especially if you add it to skim milk, which adds a few more grams of protein. Hope this helps and good luck!!

I'm using the chocolate flavor right now. It's ok. I got it for the price, but I think I'm going back to my Syntrax Nectar. To me, I don't feel as full with the Body Fortress.

I like the chocolate with skim milk...no more adding the carnation instant breakfast...I'm so over that!!!

I used to love the syntax lemon tea. There is one in the same area of Vitamin shoppe that is chocolate mint. It's really tasty with milk and filling.

I use the vanilla... It's the best tasting so far. The price is awesome.

Do you mix it with Water?

I mix my with water. But I have to say today I mixed the vanilla with half a banana and silk almond milk and it was great.
