Ok so how much weight did you lose to get in the next size down of clothes?

I had my surgery July 31, 2012 and have lost 54 pounds to date.

I had surgery in feb 22,2012 have lost 98 pounds but the last 2 pounds to hit 100 won't come off! It's been 1 month and a1/2 since I've lost anything! SOOO FRUSTRATED! But whatayagonnado can't quit gotta keep going! Great job to you! If you have any advice for me please let me know!!!

My surgery was July 20th, and I've lost 59 pounds. I started at 297 and am down to 238. I'm hoping to lose about 40 more pounds by Christmas! My daughter is getting married Dec. 29th, and I'm hoping to be under 200 lbs. for the wedding pictures!

I have to brag a little more lmbo I fit into my daughter's jacket. She's 15 years old. Too bad she has a tiny waist "so jealous" can't fit into size zero or size 1. Don't wanna be that tiny. Size 7 is the smallest size I wanna be.

Well I'm down 72lbs since the 6th of august and went from 54 waist to a 46 so I'm happy as a lark so far,I'm looking to go down another 116 or so

to get to 175, which I think I last weighed when I was 15. Another thing to brag about is my wife lost 12 lbs yesterday as she gave birth to our 3rd

daughter, came home with her today, healthy and pink.
