Morning Foamies

I get that foamy puke every morning and right before going to bed. Doesn't last long but holy it's getting old!

    That's odd...never heard of this. Are you getting enough fluids in? Are you taking an antacid prescription? Sounds like possible acid build up.

    I get them in the morning if I eat Protein first. I have to work into protein every morning.
