Hi John, don't you hate when this reality sets in? I took a bite of a burger and I am doubled over in pain. (we are toilet buddies today!)

Sorry to hear you had a bad day, stay strong and try to remember the pain your in next time so maybe you wont eat your feelings.

Hang in there! Bet you won't do that again:) sorry to hear you are having a bad day, I am sure tomorrow will be much better.

I'm sorry John. Tomorrow's a new day. Kick it's ass!

Oh no...doesn't sound like fun. Hope you feel better soon!

Emotional eating is one of the toughest things to learn how to control. After-all our emotions can be quite strong. For me I have to remove myself from the situation...go for a walk, go to another room and grab a book or play some music. It's certainly not easy but, it's do-able.

How have you been doing lately John?
