I have had it before. As long as you are following what your are supposed to eat then you are good.

That is terrific it has a great amount of Protein, as does eggs, tuna or turkey pureed with a little mayo. As lng as you were cleared for puree you should be great!

I love the stuff lol! Jenneliza turned me on to the canned crab meat it's usually by the tuna and it is amazing as well! You can make crab cakes or whatever with it but I just mix it with a little mayo and yumm!

I never had can crab meat. How different is it from fresh crab meat? How/ what do you eat it with? Reciepes?

Tastes the same as regular, less messy tho. As it comes in a package. Supper good. I just puréed it with a spritz of butter.
