Maybe there is an alternative for you? I have to take a pill, Ursodiol, for 2 months to keep gall bladder healthy. On lots of supplements but it's on. Don't like the calcium pill but I ordered some chews as an alternative. Good luck!

I started taking actigall at 4 weeks, but I just swallow it. Is it too soon for you to swallow?

You could try mixing it with sugar free chocolate pudding instead of the applesauce. Probably won't be terrific but any little improvement is a step in the right direction!
