I went to the doctor to get a clearance, they lost my file it took them 2 days to find it. So the pcp said he would fax clearance to surgeon, then he calls and says I need a EKG. So I went in on Friday and they faxed the clearance . So now the surgeon will send everything to insurance hopefully I'll hear something by the end of the month

Good luck.... I hated the waiting part of this whole thing. Once you get the OK from Ins. it is smoothe sailing mostly. Good luck on your approval.

Ughh. That is so frustrating. How does a doctor office lose paperwork? I rather them tell me they have not sent it off yet.

awesome also got my call today approved and surgery date of August 22nd this darn ticker keeps putting it at the 21st
