Wipe your skin off with alcohol pads or alcohol and a paper towel. Let it dry for a minute, then put on the patch, it should stick. Also if you know you're going to do something that requires you to sweat. I found if I put a, I believe it's a 4x4 waterproof bandage on top of it. Then you don't have to worry about it falling off....Hope that helps....

I've tried the patch two times with no luck. I'm now taking Chantix, and tomorrow marks 1 week

Of no smoking. It's do-able, but def hardest first three days. I figure it has to be done if I want this surgery! Good luck.

I did chantex 5 year ago and quit for like 10 weeks then stress and what not startwd back up my doc wo.t let me do chantex cuz of depression which i dont get cuz i was on pills then to lol

24 hours down lol noa the heahache starts off to a good start

Believe it or not I quit cold turkey after seeing how much issues my son has autism. I saud he might need me forever so time to quit. This way before deciding on surgery.

I quit 7 days ago along with coffee. Really tough and the headaches?! I can't believe it's been a whole week. My surgeon tests before surgery. I don't have a date yet. I bought two nicotine testers. I was positive on day 5. I will test again in a month. Congratulations on your month...that's HUGE! WTG!
