Lovanox?

Did anyone have to do Lovanox injections post surgery? It's to prevent bloodclots. Injection site is near belly button - I have massive bruising and have two "lumps" - one on either side of belly button. I'm presuming this is due to injections. Have a doctors appointment next week but still a little worried.

Yes. I have the same thing. I have about six injection sites with lumps and bruising. Was told its normal by physician assistant.

I am doing the injections but was told lower belly having no issues. When I had my c sections and got heparin injections I had those issues.

I had to do the shots for 4 wks post surgery... I had the same knot and bruising. Doc says its normal!

I have one, too. I figured it was from the med injections.
