  1. 60-80g/day... It's difficult
  2. -34 lbs. My surgeon told me that 10% of total body weight is normal for the first month.
  3. That's wonderful! I'm 9 wks and I'm at 50 also so I'm glad they weren't disappointed in you lol! It feels wonderful to have that weight off!

  5. The liquid diet is very hard! My surgeon told me I could put soups/soft foods in a blender to help curb my appetite... It helped a lot! good luck!

  7. I had to do the shots for 4 wks post surgery... I had the same knot and bruising. Doc says its normal!
  8. I am 24 and 9 weeks post op and have lost 50lbs!! Woohoo! I have noticed my short term memory has gone to crap. Ex. My mom calls me to DVR something for her at my house, she tells me the show and channel. Within 2 minutes I had no idea what show she asked me to record and had to call back. Everything I've read points to B12 deficit... But I am very faithful with my Vitamins. Any help?!?
