Memory Loss :(

I am 24 and 9 weeks post op and have lost 50lbs!! Woohoo! I have noticed my short term memory has gone to crap.

Ex. My mom calls me to DVR something for her at my house, she tells me the show and channel. Within 2 minutes I had no idea what show she asked me to record and had to call back.

Everything I've read points to B12 deficit... But I am very faithful with my Vitamins.

Any help?!?
