So I am 5 days post op I get full quick I am on liquids untill I go for my ck up but I fell hungry any ideals?

    how many meals and snacks you eat a day ?

    Are you head hungry? I went thru a stage where I thought I was hungry because of the clock and time of day, not actual hungry. Old habit. The old fear of not enough food and getting low on energy. In my case it was in my head. Surgeon said op turns off the normal hungry buttons for 6 months plus.
