I Just Dumped!

So I got cocky with how well I've been handling my food. I just had some chicken, it was a bit dry and I inhaled three pieces.. It all came up and now I feel like my chest is in a vice grip and I'll die if this pressure doesn't ease :(

I'm sending you one......///////

Lol...

If I eat something that I did not chew really-really-really well I get pain and I spit up "foamy syliva" for a hour or so and just feel like crap. I guess its my body's way of telling me that I need to chew, chew, chew. Once the "foamies" lasted for 12 hours and it was when I ate a very small piece of chicken but did not chew it well - arrrggghhh that was the worst. I found that I can eat lots of different things as long as I chew it like crazy but it also has to be low in fat.

I've figured out a way to avoid all this, once i start feeling the pain, I simply make myself barf it out. I know it's not good but it's instant relief.. It's happened only twice though..
