Food Diary App?

Hi friends! Question...anyone know of a really effective food journal app for the iPhone/iPad? I downloaded the "clarity health journal" app. Didn't know if there's a bypass-specific journal. I'd like to be able to track protein, water, carbs, vitamins and alike. Thoughts? Thx :)

  • I like my fitness pal. It tracks all of those. And if you log in on a computer, the settings can be changed to your recommendations instead of weight/height ratio. HUGE data base and a scanner include

I completely understand. At least you can visual what your eating.

You can. If you go on my fitness pal website. You can adjust calories, time you want you meals, etc. I adjusted my calories to 800 and switched my meals to time instead of breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can even add snacks also

I use myfitnesspal I love this app! Since my surgery I track everything that I eat and drink. My Dietition got me on this when I was waiting for surgery to help with calorie counting.

Just search for my fitness pal and it pops up. It's a blue icon with a little guy jumping on it.
