I'd love to be 135lbs so I'd like I lose another 30, but I've never been under 180 before now so I have no idea if that's where my body is supposed to be

Thank you and I am losing slow compared to everyone one else but I had been holding on to that 100+ lbs over 20 years. I'm 9 months out but am extremely satisfied with my results... and I'm still losing
