What were you doing that helped you lose 100lbs in 4 months ? Other than the fact that men lose quicker. You look great! Congrats!

I work out. Do a lot of aquatics, cycling, cardio.

Eat chicken chicken chicken or Protein protein protein! Just push myself to make this a life changing habit.

I think it's so cool they drop BMI requirements! I wish I could have gotten this done 10 Years ago at 220 instead of 280. Could have been years of fun!!!
