SO HAPPY!

I am a little over 6 weeks out from surgery and I am already off all meds!!!!!! I have been diabetic since the age of 10 and have been on and off meds for last 18 years but as of last week I have normal blood levels and no longer have to take my bp meds for the protein in my urine. I cannot believe it happened so fast it feels awesome.

Wow that is amazing! The way this surgery wipes out diabetes for some people (as does gastric bypass) is just incredible! You must feel like you have a new lease on life... congratulations!
