Many of you post before and after pics .... How did you deal with excess skin ? Going from a size 20 to a size 10 is a difference . Is it just working out during the week or a combination of diet and exercise ? I'm a little worried

I got mine at Target. It comes with a big stick attached to it (hold your tongue aroundhky lol) but I just removed it and use the strap on (again, shhh) on the back. It was less than $10.

Dry brushing? I have lost 91 lbs since January and the skin is terrible. I still have a lot to go, but I'm interested.
