  2. Hi folks Has any one heard of blue guji who teamed up with myfitnesspal to encourage more fun activity?! I tried to look for reviews online , but could not find any... if any one has info please share that with us here... I am attracted to the idea but need more info . )

  4. It's normal to feel uncomfortable with protein like tuna or chicken at early stages. Don't worry of stretching your sleeve. It is just so tight that you felt that and you will feel better day after day. My advice is restrict your self to 3 tbs in week 3-4 in every meal that contains tuna or chicken. Increase that to 4 tbs in week5-6 when having protein. I found that walking does help when I feel like chest tightness or food stuck. Hope you feel better soon!
  5. You look great. Such a good results in short time!
  6. Yes, I was just like you. Could not walk as I felt breathless and dizzy. In the kitchen, standing up to cook my self something was exhausting, to point I had to go back and sit for few mins and return to my kitchen to complete the simplest recipe "soup". On top of that, the fear of being like this forever is just awful. Every day is better than the day before and for me it took me about 4 weeks to start feel some sort of energy coming back. Try to drink water at all times as hydration helps with the dizziness and muscle cramping. Hope you feel better soon!
  7. Yes, I can assure you this is vitamins issue. I felt very tired and exhausted first two weeks after surgery because my doctor did not allow me to take any vitamin supplements. After two weeks I started taking them and felt much better after two weeks taking them regularly. Your body needs them to function properly and fatigue could be a big sign that you lack those vitamins (iron, B12 ... etc) Hope that you start taking them back and feel better ...

  18. Hi all, hope you are doing well. I am 5 weeks out and used WLS optimum multivitamins and they make me sick each time. Is this normal to feel sick or throw up or get a nasty stomach pain after taking vitmains supplements?!!! I tried them on empty stomach, after meal and emptied their contents in a drink and got the same results... Any suggestions would be great... xx

  20. According to my surgeon Prof.Basil Ammori, who had experience with single key hole, he did not recommend it. He said it is gimmick! he said I will do it if you want to, but you want my opinion which is: - it is against all surgey rules, because the most important rule is the projection. With one hole you insert all instuments and see from one angle. - it is frustrating for the surgeon because mistakes could happen easier. - the surgery will take longer time because of the restriction of movement. - you will end up with bigger scar, that is more painful and will take longer time to heal. I appreciate his honesty. Especially, I had to pay more for one incision which is for his benifit any way. After all this I decided that 5 or 4 small key holes are better option for me.
  21. I called them and they said stay hydrated and do breathing exercises as you said. The problem with the breathing ex they make me cough and this is painful!
  22. You are totally right!! and for newbies like me it is such a negative influence ... we need to keep a positive spirit!!!
