Is it normal?!

Hi fitness folks,

I am 2 months 23 days out. I tried to exercise "slim in 6" but could not do any moves that involve abdomen muscles because that cause pain and discomfort ...

Is this normal?

Yes, it will take a while before you won't have anymore pain while exercising. Just take it easy, and work your way up to it. I had to take a break from exercising because of a tummy tuck, but soon I will be doing crazy amounts of sit-ups, and crunches to get that six pack going! :)
