Does anyone know if you are on your liquid phase do you have to wait 30 minutes before and after to drink water???

I didn't. Liquids slide through to quickly all on there own. :)

Well my protein drinks sit there for awhile but I just had cream soup and feel like I need to drink...

Liquid, I think no need to wait .. you will feel the need to drink when you can .. just listen to your body!

Good video clip as to why you shouldn't drink for 30 minutes, after eating.

I understand one I start eating but I am on full liquids only... Still the same?

My doc told me not to worry about timing my water while on full liquids. If I took in something slightly denser or thicker, I tried to wait a bit, but not necessarily 30 min.

Thank you that is what I do... I just keep seeing so many say so many different things. Just wanna go with something that feels right :)
